The first worker you sent was doing a poor job and did not give the FLAT SURFACE of the woodwork NEXT TO THE WALL A SECOND COATYou said, "WE DON'T NORMALLY FINISH THAT SURFACE AS PEOPLES FINGERS USUALLY DON'T TOUCH THAT SURFACE."Yes, I called and apologized for raising my voice to you and wanted you to find someone who was "fussy" and would do another coat on the woodwork including the flat surface of the woodwork next to the wallYOU KNEW THIS - WE DISCUSSED IT and because the 2nd workers you sent were LATE, I could not personally talk to them about the jobWhen you came to the house and looked at what they did, again, I was upset and raised my voiceAgain, you accused me of yelling at you which I did not doWhen I asked if you had a work order, you said yesWhen I asked if you wrote WOOD on the work order, you hemmed and hawed and couldn't give me an answer because you really didn't know, if you, in fact, even wrote a work order or wrote the word WOOD on itThen you wanted to see what your window guys from Windows by Anderson could do to fix the problem and you took a couple of pictures and measurementsYou could have added the word "wood" after the fact and no one would know because I never had a contract or saw a work orderI only get invoices after the fact with what I owe you and the work listed in a very brief fashion I waited for years to finally get new windows in my house as a single mom who is supporting her children on her ownI took a HELOC loan of $11,to do this and with the incompetence of yourself and your workers, you have ruined the joy I initially felt in getting this done and made me worry forever about this situationYOU voided the lifetime warranty I had on these windows and now the vinyl will eventually lift and peel off because of the chemicals in the varnish that you and your incompetent workers put on themYou may use the excuse that they were wood-look and the workers couldn't tell but I showed you the difference between the other windows I had installed and you can definitely see the differenceAgain, you are trying to get out of a very big mistake that you and your workers made and I am the one to pay for itPlease do the right thing and right the wrong you have committed.Respectfully, [redacted]

I have worked with Ms*** several times. For this project she called me and asked us to come over and apply polyurethane in a bay window and patio door. I advised her that we could do this and gave her an estimate for the amount. We went to her house and applied the first
coat. A few days later we applied the second coat. Soon after that she called me and in not so nice terms told me she would never work with us again because we did not know what we were doing.Sometime later she called me and left me a voicemail (which I still have) and apologized for her behavior and what she had said and how she was wrong about the work we had done and she would like us to return and finish the job. When I called her back I asked her specifically what she would like done. At that point she was very adamant that "ALL SURFACES" of the window and door have polyurethane applied to them. We scheduled a time for us to return. Prior to us return she left me a voicemail (which I still have) stressing that ALL SURFACES be covered in polyurethane. The morning of the appointment she called me at 8:and told me she could not wait any longer for us to arrive (we arrived at 8:for an 8:appointment) and stressed to me that she wanted ALL SURFACES of the window and door covered in polyurethane My workers arrived and applied the third coat of the same polyurethane we used the first two times to All Surfaces per the customer's vmails, conversations and work orders. That night I was checking my voicemail after hours and noticed several messages from the customer. I immediately called her back. She was very frantic on the phone, because I did understand her explanation I agreed to meet with her the next day. When I arrived at the site she was very frantic and had some unpleasant words for me. I listened to her complaint and gathered more information. At that time she explained to me that she only wanted the outside trim covered in polyurethane and not the vinyl wood grain (although the patio door trim is vinyl covered wood, but that she did want done). At that time she insisted we pay for new windows and labor. I asked her to supply me an estimate and original invoice. I did tell her that I would contact my window supplier and gather some information. When speaking to the window company they indicated that applying polyurethane would not harm the windows or trim and could quite possibly add as an extra layer of protectant. I left Ms*** a voicemail just telling her that I talked to my window supplier and to call me back regarding the information I had found. From that point forward Ms *** would only respond via text and said she did not want to talk to me. I did indeed speak with my corporate lawyers on this matter. After reviewing the information, I was advised to notify Ms*** that while understand she is not happy with the outcome of the project, we were merely following instructions she had given to us several times to cover ALL SURFACES. Because of that we would not consider this a warrantable project. Thank you,***Thank You,*** *** - Member OwnerTruBlue Total House Care of Germantown*** * *** *** ***

The first worker you sent was doing a poor job and did not give the FLAT SURFACE of the woodwork NEXT TO THE WALL A SECOND COAT. YOU KNEW THIS - WE DISCUSSED IT and because the 2nd workers you sent were LATE, I could not personally talk to them about the job. When you came to the house and looked at what they did, again, I was upset and raised my voice. Again, you accused me of yelling at you which I did not do. When I asked if you had a work order, you said yes. When I asked if you wrote WOOD on the work order, you hemmed and hawed and couldn't give me an answer because you really didn't know, if you, in fact, even wrote a work order or wrote the word WOOD on it. Then you wanted to see what your window guys from Windows by Anderson could do to fix the problem and you took a couple of pictures and measurements. You could have added the word "wood" after the fact and no one would know because I never had a contract or saw a work order. I only get invoices after the fact with what I owe you and the work listed in a very brief fashion.                                                            I waited for years to finally get new windows in my house as a single mom who is supporting her 3 children on her own. I took a HELOC loan of $11,000 to do this and with the incompetence of yourself and your workers, you have ruined the joy I initially felt in getting this done and made me worry forever about this situation. YOU voided the lifetime warranty I had on these windows and now the vinyl will eventually lift and peel off because of the chemicals in the varnish that you and your incompetent workers put on them. You may use the excuse that they were wood-look and the workers couldn't tell but I showed you the difference between the other windows I had installed and you can definitely see the difference. Again, you are trying to get out of a very big mistake that you and your workers made and I am the one to pay for it. Please do the right thing and right the wrong you have committed.Respectfully,[redacted]

I hired this service, TruBlue of Germantown for a simple shower tile recaulk job. The first "attempt" at the project I was charged for 2.5hours of work. A couple weeks after their work was completed we began to experience mold growth in the areas they supposedly repaired. We never had issues before. We contacted TruBlue again to see if they could redo the job. At this second attempt the same handyman completed the EXACT same process as before, with the exception of spraying some bleach. But the company now charged for 5hours of work! They did not provide 5hours of work. Additionally, we now have significant mold issues in our shower. I would not recommend this business based on quality of work, and dishonest jobsite time reporting.
