I went their to fix my semi truck I ask them to do find the issue, I come next day and the told me that the truck need a part called ( air coller unit ) the price for this unit $ approximitaly the dignostic for that is $ and services will cost $ .Itook my truck bought the part I went to ther place to fix itI came back next day with the same issue and when I told them that they said you have to pay $ cause them told the will do another dignostic and they will fix the issueI paid that and then bring my truck back and told them I have the same issue and at the end of day the called me back mention that your truck need $ for fixing and when asked them how come the told me even if you spend this amount it might be another issue I told them I bring my truck to proffisional company the should know what the doing not learning project you try and charge me for that I saked them to take the part back because it's not the right piece and give my money back cause you d

Driving from Iowa to the EAA Airshow in Oshkosh, WI when the starter and solenoid went out on my RV Bus Called Freightliner on-line hour service tech and troubleshoot to determine the starter was badCalled Guy's Truck Service and Freightline hour service tech told him how to get RV Bus startedWas then able to drive miles to Freightliner service centerWent to Truck Country-Madison, *** *** *** ** *** ** *** (new address had just move to that location that week) to get it replacedGot there about 6pm 7-18- Told the Service Manager had extended warranty and gave him the informationCouple of hours later, mechanic came out to RV, took minutes to troubleshoot the starter was badSaid they would check in the morning to see if had one in stock to replace itNext day they finally came out around 10-to replace the starter, mechanic took less than hour to replace itMan came out to show me what I was to pay after the extended warranty paid

Review: I purchased an used Semi truck from Truck Country on 27th April 2014. Ever since I purchased this vehicle the sensor light stays on, I asked truck country to fix the issue, they tried several times to fix it but the problem still continues.Now truck country won't fix it and doesn't even address my problem. I have tried calling them several times but no one is there to answer my phone call.The worst experience ever I had after buying an used vehicle. DO NOT PURCHASE from them.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the problem permanently or replace the truck. I also want them to refund my $900, I spent on the truck to fix the issue which is still not fixed.

Thank you for presenting us with the situation that was

assigned ID [redacted]. I would like to

outline the customers visit and bring resolution to his complaint.

On 3/25/2014 the truck in question was brought to our

service department to repair a check engine light complaint as well as to make

a few parameter changes and replace a seat at the future customer’s

request. The check engine light was

diagnosed with a code of 1896 for the egr valve. This component was replaced at that time and

road tested to verify the repairs. A

check engine light did not come back on after the road test.

This unit returned to our dealership on 6/24/2014 due to

being involved in a front end collision with a deer and the check engine light

coming on. The cosmetic repairs were

made and it was found that the check engine light had code 0195 for coolant

level low. The tech diagnosed the issue

and found it to be pinched wires for the coolant level sensor. This was due to the radiator being pushed

back during the accident. Repairs were

made to the wiring and the unit was road tested to verify repairs. Once again no check engine light returned

after the road test.

It is now 4 months from last repair and this unit has a

check engine light on. Unfortunately,

without looking at this unit we are unable to make a determination on what the

check engine light is on for. There are

many different codes or components that can cause the check engine light to

come on. I can assure you and the

customer that if we are given the chance to look at this unit we will be able

to reach a resolution. The customer will

be called and asked for that opportunity.
