[redacted] Response: Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is completely unfounded and factually incorrect. Mr. [redacted]'s complaint is that Truck Driver Institute is located in Sellersburg, IN and it's graduates cannot test for their Commercial Driver's License in the State of Kentucky. First, TDI is licensed, approved and regulated by the Kentucky State Board of Proprietary Education. Second, graduates of any TDI campus can test for their CDL in any state that participates in the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, Commercial Skills Testing Information Management System (CSTIMS) which includes Kentucky. Third, Mr. [redacted] withdrew from class as his own personal decision and received a refund as mandated by the published refund policy contained in the TDI School Catalog and approved by both Kentucky State Board of Proprietary Education and the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
