This Dealership cons people by saying how Christian based they are, naming local Pastors which whom they supposedly have sold vehicles to, make promises they do not keep, and then curse and through people out of the dealership after being confronted with concern regarding their dishonestyI stopped to look at a vehicle I'd been seeing sitting on their lot for about two weeks and was quickly notified that the car was in great shape, one owner, a with only 40k miles, $12,I was interested, left a thousand dollar down payment after Manager Mike sales associate J.B., and myself discussed what on the vehicle I wanted fixed and cleanedI gave an additional $bucks to have the tint redone as well and was told I could pick up the car in two days, as long as I had the other eleven thousand dollarsI was also encouraged multiple times, over 4-different times to finance which I said from the beginning am buying the vehicle right out, that I was NOT interested in financingI arrived on the day to find none of the work done I was promised and that was discussed would be completedManager Mike, and sales associate J.B H [redacted] both assured me that the work would still be done, to bring the vehicle back the day after next and apologizedI showed up, and was asked why I was thereI had to remind them of my appointment to detail and complete the tint jobI was informed that the "Tint Guy" was out, and there was no one available to detail, so again we set another appointment for the next weekI showed and no one knew why I was there, againThe Manager Mike was gone for the day, and sales person J.B was out of the office, so yet another appointment was made for the next dayAgain, Manager Mike acted as if he had no idea again why I was thereThis time I was upset, and told him how ridiculous this was to have showed up 3/times for appointments and no one knows anything, to refund my $paid for the tent jobI mentioned to have an extension on the 15day return policy they implement in the case there was an issue with this purchaseI also asked what his plan was since the promises he kept making kept breakingHe asked to deal with him directly from that point on, and will ensure the tint job would get done that week, a check would be cut for the $refund which I could pick up when I returned, again asking me to bring the car backI did so, this time showed up with my FatherAgain, Mike claimed he had no clue why I was thereI asked for my money, and to return the vehicle for my $12,refundMike began cursing and causing a scene, asked my Father and I to leaveHe even called law enforcement to have me removed since I’d refused to do so without my monies returnedThen was told it was past the 15day policy for return so nothing could be doneIt was over two months later what I received the $check for the tint they never startedI was also informed by attorney’s that legally I could not return the vehicle since there was no issues with itThese people are scammers, crooks, and dishonest persons, even the finance department (whom I had to deal with to refund the $for tint)Especially Mike, the manager, he is the ring leader of these horrible business practices! This Dealership cons people by saying how Christian based they are, naming local Pastors which whom they supposedly have sold vehicles to, make promises they do not keep, and then curse and through people out of the dealership after being confronted with concern regarding their dishonesty. I stopped to look at a vehicle I'd been seeing sitting on their lot for about two weeks and was quickly notified that the car was in great shape, one owner, a 2005 with only 40k miles, $12,000. I was interested, left a thousand dollar down payment after Manager Mike sales associate J.B., and myself discussed what on the vehicle I wanted fixed and cleaned. I gave an additional $200.00 bucks to have the tint redone as well and was told I could pick up the car in two days, as long as I had the other eleven thousand dollars. I was also encouraged multiple times, over 4-different times to finance which I said from the beginning am buying the vehicle right out, that I was NOT interested in financing. I arrived on the day to find none of the work done I was promised and that was discussed would be completed. Manager Mike, and sales associate J.B H[redacted] both assured me that the work would still be done, to bring the vehicle back the day after next and apologized. I showed up, and was asked why I was there. I had to remind them of my appointment to detail and complete the tint job. I was informed that the "Tint Guy" was out, and there was no one available to detail, so again we set another appointment for the next week. I showed and no one knew why I was there, again. The Manager Mike was gone for the day, and sales person J.B was out of the office, so yet another appointment was made for the next day. Again, Manager Mike acted as if he had no idea again why I was there. This time I was upset, and told him how ridiculous this was to have showed up 3/4 times for appointments and no one knows anything, to refund my $200 paid for the tent job. I mentioned to have an extension on the 15day return policy they implement in the case there was an issue with this purchase. I also asked what his plan was since the promises he kept making kept breaking. He asked to deal with him directly from that point on, and will ensure the tint job would get done that week, a check would be cut for the $200 refund which I could pick up when I returned, again asking me to bring the car back. I did so, this time showed up with my Father. Again, Mike claimed he had no clue why I was there. I asked for my money, and to return the vehicle for my $12,000 refund. Mike began cursing and causing a scene, asked my Father and I to leave. He even called law enforcement to have me removed since I’d refused to do so without my monies returned. Then was told it was past the 15day policy for return so nothing could be done. It was over two months later what I received the $200 check for the tint they never started. I was also informed by attorney’s that legally I could not return the vehicle since there was no issues with it. These people are scammers, crooks, and dishonest persons, even the finance department (whom I had to deal with to refund the $200 for tint). Especially Mike, the manager, he is the ring leader of these horrible business practices! I have posted my concern on their website multiple times with no respond, no reply, and no comment toward it.
