Review: July 26, 2013, I called the business to report a ARE hard truck top defective item on my purchase, the hard truck cover lock broke and was under the warranty to be replaced. I was informed by the company that pictures where required along with a visual inspection of the defective part. The information was sent into the company a week later or so. I was informed by the company that the part will be replaced and should be in the next shipment. However, many calls have been made to the company to inquire on my replacement and no prevail. I have made several attempts calls to the Robinson store location and because I received no satisfaction, I called the Pleasant hills location to complain about the customer service for my replacement I was informed by the Pleasant Hills,PA owner that he would be able to handle and call the company and get my order satisfied and resolved. I have been calling the Pleasant Hills store in an attempt to resolve and receive my replacement and installation of the warranty part. I was informed that the owner has called the company (ARE) to check on my warranty part and to inquire about my delivery of the replacement part so he can set up the installation at the Pleasant Hills store. I am getting no resolution to when the part is being replace and when the new part will be install under the warranty.Desired Settlement: If they can not satisfy the warranty of the part then I would like have my custom truck cover cost refunded for faulty business practices and not following through to a warranty item. I can buy a new one from a more reliable company that honors the warranty when needed. I paid over $1200.00 dollars for a customer hard truck cover for my vehicle in 2010 and the part was under the warranty time frame and the company Truck N Stuff is not honoring the warranty for me the customer.
