First of all let me state that we have been tinting windows since 1973, nearly yearsThis is the very first complaint ever filed to the Revdex.com over our window tintingMr*** had asked for a darker limo tint to the rear of his vehicleWe
informed that the darkest we install is 20% tint, which he agreed toA mistake was madeThe installer did not read the work order and installed a medium tint on all of the windowsWhen Mr*** called, he was irateIt was a profanity laced rageWe admitted the mistake and said that we would replace the "tint", obviously at no chargeHe again went on a profanity filled rage that we were not allowed to ever touch his vehicle againWe tried to explain that removing and replacing tint was not a big deal and it would not harm his vehicleThat was not an option for himWe again admitted our mistake and said we would give him a complete refund but the tint would have to be removedHe stated he wanted the refund, but was keeping the tintThat was not an option for usRegarding workmanship, he stated that we left bubbles in the tintAt the time of purchase he was given a "Congratulations" cardIt explained that the plastic film goes on with water and that small water bubbles will be present but will dry out in about a weekHe was complaining about a water bubble the next day, not giving the film time to dryHe also stated that we trashed his vehicleThere may have been dried water runs on the door panels from the installationUsually door panels are wiped off after an installWe apparently missed thisIt was water, no harm doneMy apologiesHe posted negative comments on line about us, exaggerating everythingHe also claims that will stop payment on his credit cardYes a mistake was made, but we could have easily fixed itThis was not an option he wantedHe was just too agitated and unreasonable to talk with

I did use to curse words, trueThe defendant never admitted a mistake on the phone periodI have been in contact with another former customer who also has a complaint about truck n stuff, I can furnish that info to the Revdex.comYes as a customer I can leave reviews on FB, Yelp, Angies List, Yellow Pages and so onThe color of tint was wrong, I never agreed to any lower shade of tint, the front windows were tinted and I asked they not beNot only did they leave a soapy water mess inside buy my gps, radar were thrown on the seat and dirty footprints everywhereDirt so onThe vehicle had miles at the time, was spotlessMost people don't make Revdex.com complaints but online it is very easy to find horrible complaints of Truck n StuffMy credit card is doing an investigation into truck n stuff and have mailed him a letterI have had vehicles tinted in my life this was not only the worst wrong job but also the manner they left my perfectly spotless vehicle is unacceptableThey did not earn the right to do work inside my vehicle to fix all the mistakes they madeAfter I get the refund two local window tinters I have used before offered to redo the horrific job done by truck n stuff, and they clean up yr vehicle when finished
