Dear [redacted] ,In response to [redacted] complaint, we are always concerned and sympathize for our customers when mechanical problems break downs occurWe always lend a helping hand and offer some form of goodwillIt is unfortunate that her radiator crackedWithin hours of receiving her message I was on the phone with herI immediately offered her assistance.When we sell a vehicle, every customer has an opportunity to purchase a warranty (as long as the vehicle qualifies and has less than 200k miles)She declined the purchaseI know she says she wasn't offered a warranty and I'm saying she was offered a warranty, but please note the bill of saie and buyers guide, She did decline to purchase a warranty and that is in writingEven though it was purchased and she passed on her opportunity to have a warranty, I still was willing to give her some financial assistance.I did agree purchase a new radiator and have it shipped to any service station of her choiceThere were at least companies the would sell me a new radiator for the cost of $or lessThe least expensive one I found was less than $70,00, spoke with the garage of her choice and there cost was $I did ask them if they would give a price adjustment for the part and they decline to helpsuggested that [redacted] pay the additional cost of the part, because service stations will not warranty parts that they do not supplyShe did take my advise and agree to pay the additional cost of the radiator and have a warranty on it, She probably should have purchased a warranty on her van, but she decided not to purchase a warrantyIf she did I would not have to be spending my time and effort explaining this situationPlease contact me by email, fax, or phone if you have any further questions.Thank you for your concernSALESTRUCKSTOPAUTOSALES.COM-PHONE [redacted] -FAX [redacted] Yours TrulyTroy M

I immediately offered her assistance.When we sell a vehicle, every customer has an opportunity to purchase a warranty (as long as the vehicle qualifies and has less than 200k miles). She declined the purchase. I know she says she wasn't offered a warranty and I'm saying she was offered a warranty, but please note the bill of saie and buyers guide, She did decline to purchase a warranty and that is in writing. Even though it was purchased AS-IS and she passed on her opportunity to have a warranty, I still was willing to give her some financial assistance.I did agree purchase a new radiator and have it shipped to any service station of her choice. There were at least 7 companies the would sell me a new radiator for the cost of $120.00 or less. The least expensive one I found was less than $70,00, spoke with the garage of her choice and there cost was $168.00. I did ask them if they would give a price adjustment for the part and they decline to help. suggested that [redacted] pay the additional cost of the part, because service stations will not warranty parts that they do not supply. She did take my advise and agree to pay the additional cost of the radiator and have a warranty on it, She probably should have purchased a warranty on her van, but she decided not to purchase a warranty. If she did I would not have to be spending my time and effort explaining this situation.
