Customer ordered Camper Shell, model we ordered damaged cab paint. We told customer that we would repair paint at our expense and who we would use, he agreed and even complimented on the work after it was done. Customer agreed to have ne Camper...

Shell ordered but for some reason talked to a service writer at the local Dodge dealer and they said work would void manufacturer warranty unless approved by Dodge even though the local Dodge dealer does not have their own body shop and uses a local body shop like we did. Customer then said he did not want to do business with us so we gave him a full refund for the Camper Shell. Aside from a full refund and paying for a repair we all agreed upon doing there is nothing else we can do.

I agreed to repairs approved by the service manager at Lithia Ram and requested approval in writing. The Ram dealership was never contacted by Truck Tops USA and the service manager at the Ram dealership said, "This Dip-Ur-Whip detail shop is not approved. Those repairs will void your warranty."
I did not compliment no one about the repairs. The repairs looked like a three year old did them.

I do not agree with Truck Tops USA. I urge Truck Tops to settle with my insurance carrier. Pay for proper repairs to my truck that are approved by the service manager at Lythia Ram.
