2/27/2017On Monday, 2/20/17, a check was written out to the Customer in the amount of $refunding him for the total amount of the deposit that he put down on a trailer.His request to have it submitted via credit card was denied, as we did not have his credit card information on file to do so.The check was taken to our local post office the following morning on 2/21/I'm sure by now that the customer has received his refund.Our policy here is to review each transaction on an individual basisThis may take a few days at mostIn this case, the customer cancelled the transaction on 2/17/and by 2/21/a refund was on the way.Thank you,Harold T.VPresident
