[redacted] - Thank you for sending this over. In our dealing with Mr. [redacted] , he received one of our bumper & tire carriers (a 2 component system). Out of these 2 components, 1 of them was deemed defective which is the top piece (tire carrier) as it did not seat properly on the lower component. We offered to replace this top component for him under warranty and he refused and wanted us to instead, pick up the 2 pieces (total of 165lbs) in 2 separate boxes rather than allowing us to simply replace the piece. We told him that this was foolish as this can easily be resolved at no cost to him and we would send it out right away. The customer refused to take this option and threatened to leave negative feedback and contact the BBB. When we received the BBB complaint, we were essentially forced to bring the item back. Review: I purchased a bumper for a Jeep Wrangler from the company on 10/01/2014. I received the bumper on 10/08/2014. I had problems with one of the parts, however, they were speedy in sending a replacement. Once the bumper was installed we noticed there was another problem with another part of the bumper. At this point I was not pleased with the quality of the product and instead of having that piece replaced, requested to return the item. Their website clearly states that customer satisfaction is their number one policy. I spoke to customer service several times to request an RA # per their requirements to return the bumper. They have refused to send me an RA # so that I may return the item to receive a full refund. Their website clearly states you have 30 days to return the item from the date you receive it. However, they also state if you send it without an RA# they may keep up to 35% of the initial purchase price. They have refused to give me an RA# and 11/08/2014 will be 30 days from the received date.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund the full amount of the purchase price and send me an RA# and shipping label so I may return the item to them.
