Horrible service Never used these people before & never will attempt to again! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Made an appointment for 1:00pm, called at 2:00pm to ask if they were coming, got a return call 10min later from Bruce explaining he had a "truck down," made another appointment for the same day to come at 4:30-5:00, said he would show up personallySomeone showed up at 6:10, he never introduced himself Expressed my unhappiness that he showed at 6:when original appointment was & had been set for 1:00pm for over a week He proceeded to tell me he could fix what I needed but he "didn't need a lecture" since he's been fixing a water leak, an issue which was never mentionedI asked him to repeat himself & he repeated it at which time I threw him out of my house Not only does this company not keep appointments but they have no idea how to keep their customers happy Some day they might learn how to communicate!!!
My husband and I hired Bruce [redacted] affiliated with "[redacted]" and a few other businesses. A friend recommended him. We gave him 8,000 partial payment for a job to be done in 3-4 weeks. Kitchen cabinets stained, tile flooring, granite on kitchen countertops, etc. After we hired him for the job he came to work tues-thurs for 3-4 hours a day ... after 2 months we finally confronted him about the deadline that he's over and a few other things (he decided he didn't want to pay for the granite on the kitchen island) and even though he was weeks over schedule decided he didn't want to drive an hour away to pick up the tile that was out of stock. My husband offered to pick up the tile etc. He stopped answering our calls and never finished the job. My floors are all torn up and he pocketed our money. Do not hire this person. After searching the Internet I found a few bad reviews. Apparently, he has personally financial problems. He has multiple companies. He's a thief.
