Review: Truckee North Tahoe Pest Control has performed a service for me at Homewood Ca. I sent them a Key to enter my place and do the work. I have been Billed and paid the invoice in full. The problem is that I requested the Key to my place in Homewood be returned back in early Dec 2013. I have mad several calls and sent many emails. I have even spoke to the receptionist and was promoised the key would be returned to [redacted] ca 95008. I called today and spoke again [redacted] the receptionist about this. Today is Jan 30 2014 and again she promised this would be taken care of by [redacted] who handled my service at Homewood. I would like to file a complaint with you regarding a lack of regard and followup to a simple request. Thank you [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like my key returned ASAP.

We mailed the key to him in early Feb. We had kept the key thinking we were going to be doing additional work for the consumer.

I am rejecting this response because: We had informed them back in Dec we did not want additional service. We notified them by email and by phone several times. They do not acknowledge that they were slow to respond. Only because we said we were going to file a complaint did they do anything.
