Highly unethical towing company One of our used cars was wrecked by the customer on a test drive This towing company was dispatched to the scene and police officer put in writing to tow vehicle to [redacted] *** Upon arrival tow truck driver asked used car manager where to take vehicle Our manager asked that he tow it to our Commerical trucks center so that they could repair the fender and wheel alignment Driver did not, instead he took our GMC Canyon wheel drive truck to his storage lot located at Cable Street We assumed car was in back lot of body shop to be dealt with later Robby [redacted] owner of his towing company, advised he sent two certified letters to the previous owner of the truck and didn't bother letting us ( [redacted] ***) know he had the vehicle in his possession After the legal law time limits days he sold our $30,truck to one of his [redacted] friends for $and listed All Points Towing as the leinholderThere is a loop hole in the law to allow for this type of "legal" vehicle theft I talked to other reputable towing companies today and ALL advised he should have "ethically" called you and told you he had the vehicle On the phone today Robby [redacted] told me he didn't know it was our truck Really?? [redacted] yellow plate placements were on front and back of plates along with stickers and signage illustrating the vehicle was for sale listing [redacted] everywhere and police report indicated to return truck to [redacted] from the wreck site Not even a block from our store and wrecker driver talked to my used car managerAlso if Robby didn't realize it was a [redacted] vehicle then why did he know exactly which truck I was referring to and have a rehearsed verbiage "I am within my rights of the law"All Points knew it was our truck and purposely took it to their storage lot without my consent or knowledge and without police consent I will not stop until All Points Towing is removed from the [redacted] of [redacted] police public dispatching systemAll car owners and vehicle resellers BEWARE of this towing company
