Boxes were abused, a mess, went through all my stuff, helped themselves to my valuables, even used my TV snack table and left it dirty with coffee stains my gray unit and shelves were taken apart and not put together againI asked the man in charge are you going to put everything together and he said YES He never didI had to put the pieces together*** did not supervise the move Stole my workout bench I phoned and phoned for the workout to be returned plus a whole box of crystals and valuables, etc Would not give me a bill, never returned any of my callsStuff and boxes were in very bad shape as if they got wet Picked my stuff up May 24, told me delivery would be May 27m he didnt deliver until May they dont care how stuff is handled, also charged me $*** more than quotedThese people should not be in the moving business.I
I find it hard they have an F, I would give them an A we checked on them after booking and had a superb moving experience either they picked up there socks or there was issues with Revdex.com
In the year the owner of this this company backed into my aging folks driveway destroying the fence and retaining wall in the processThey weren't even the ones movingEven with eye witnesses he has still not paid for the damageHe has played my folks with the promise that he would drop off the money or that the cheque is in the mail
They are still waiting
Missing (***) items, VERY poor service: Second 'man' (paid for) sat in truck the whole time while ***, my (11-year-old) son and I unloaded the truck
Their website has credit card logos, but when he shows up he claims he can't accept credit cards Extraordinarily unprofessional, worst moving experience EVER>
