This customer's main complaint seems to be his dis-satisfaction with the way we installed the "Fresh Air In" from his Ventilation...

([redacted]) system. We are fully trained and accredited in the design and installation of residential ventilation by [redacted], and have our accreditation license numbers. We installed this [redacted] system in the same way as we have installed literally thousands just like it, in accordance with accepted [redacted] guidelines. However, the customer apparently now knows more about residential ventilation than we do and would like the fresh air from the [redacted] piped independently to each of the rooms on the top floor of his home, from the attic above. We will, as a gesture of good faith, disconnect the fresh air piping from the return air of the heat pump in the attic and re-pipe it into the upper rooms as he wishes. We will place the ceiling ventilation grilles exactly where he would like them in each room. We cannot be held responsible for any minor disruption to the blown-in insulation in the attic which may occur when we do this. We hope this is satisfactory to the customer and await his decision as to whether he would like us to proceed.

I'm not in agreement with the response from Cunning Energy Inc. Reason being. They only addressed one issue of my complaint. The way in which the installation of the [redacted] system was done.
Please let me make it very clear: There are several issues to my complaint and let me list some of the main issues I have.
1) Insufficient heating of the upper floor of my home, circulation and return air.
2) The inefficient way in which my [redacted] system was designed and installed. Tied to the heating system. Not what was expected.
3) The products used in the installation and design of the upper floor heating system. Didn't follow his own Quote. "Installation also includes a full and complete sheet metal and ductwork system for each Heat Pump, with sound insulated plenums, and all ducting insulation."
Again, the [redacted] installation wasn't done as per the plans provided as per my request when asked to provide me with a quote on this job. Instead It was done as per his design that he felt would work best for him.
Again, the way he installed the [redacted] system is not, I repeat is not recommended by [redacted]
This is great, now that he is willing to come back and repair some of the problems created by him and his company, and can look at this as a good will gesture on his part. Kudos to him
The other part of my complaint is the heating system that was installed in the attic. Again, I believe Cunning Energy Inc. done this install as per his own design. "Not to plans and not to the quote provided by Cunning Energy Inc.".
I am willing to except the proposal provided by Cunning Energy Inc., and allow him and his company to come back if he also agrees to remove and repair the heating system in the attic. Bring it up to the same standards and quality as the other heating system that was installed in the basement by his company.

To whom it may concern. The complaint between Cunning Energy Inc. and [redacted]. We have come to an agreement and therefore I would like to drop my complaint.
[redacted] has agreed to come back to my home and make repairs to the [redacted] and Heating Systems in order to fix my heating problems. He assures me that he will return in three weeks from todays date 10/25/16 to make good for these repairs.
