I used PTTG's for some t shirt printing. It was a small quantity order and I had submitted my own artwork. When I picked the shirts up the print job was terrible on both the work shirts and the t shirts. The person helping me obviously ignored the print job and handed them to me. I told them these were not acceptable and he made me the offer to pay for the shirts and not the print work and that they would re-print them. I agreed to that but after 3 weeks went by and not hearing anything from them, I decided to just go with a different company.
Overall, customer service was not there, nor their ability to print. I had even asked them if it had to do with my artwork I submitted and they said no. Apparently it was some new technique they tried out for the first time on me.
Fort Wayne is a pretty small town, not a good way to conduct business. I won't use them again. And, I did not end of paying them anything since I went elsewhere with my business printing needs. That was the only good part about the experience. The only thing these shirts are used for is changing oil under my Land Rover.
