We don't check anything further. All vehicles are available for in-person inspection. Beyond that, buyers are buying used cars at an as-is, where is auction. We cannot guarantee or promise anything further.

I am rejecting this response because:

I won three cars on their auction. Due to financial emergency I was able only to afford two of the cars that I won. I tried to borrow money everywhere trying to get the cars, I could not. So, I informed the auctioneer to allow me to pay for the two cars ( 1989 Mercedez-Benz foe $1100 and a 2009 Dodge Frontier for $1350). His name is Jake. He agreed with me on the phone (text messages). He told me to make a downpayment for those two cars that I can afford to pay right now, and he can help me remove the third car that cannot afford( 2014 Kia) from my invoice . So I trusted him to pay 50% of the total price price of the two cars that we agreed on. As soon I finished making the payment of $1450 with my bank card, he sent me an email stating that I must pay the remaining total balance of the three cars by Wednesday, if not my deposit will be forfeit, and I won't get my money back either ( according to their terms and conditions {he claimed}).
For whole today, I reached out to another agent ( kayla ), because I was told that she is the ones who can remove cars from the invoice. As soon she heard my voice with different accent, she told me that I lied, hang up the phone on me and refused to to remove the third car from invoice.
I called the office again they refused to pick up my calls. They don't want me to buy the two cars that I can afford to pay, plus my deposit is even much higher than the price of the one of the cars.
Finally, I called again, they put their phone line to voicemail message playing a music with lyrics: "....this is my is, your IQ score must be less than 20.0, this is for the is,..."). It was purely racist. I am very sad they way they treated this way.
Also , the fact they are refusing to remove one of the cars is purely a discriminatory action. Because I was told by some their employees that they done in the past ,and Jake and kayla can remove it.
Now they want to put those cars back in the next auction, sell them, and keep my money as well.
This is not fair.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:
I never read or saw their terms and conditions. Because when I applied to bid my application was denied. So I spoke with them on the phone and someone allowed me to bid without telling me any terms and conditions and there was no mention about terms and conditions. They send me the terms and conditions when after I won the bids. Jake (manager) told me that he would allow me to buy two cars and sell the third one to either on next auction. But I soon I made $1450 payment I send me an email stating their terms and conditions and that I deposit of $1450 will be forfeit if the full balance is not paid before Wednesday. I lied to me. I spoke with his father (Mr. Scott) to help me, he refused. I spoke with another Manager (Kayla) for help, she said I am a liar. They were nice to me before I made the payment and became very rude to me as soon I made the deposit. Their phone line play racist music, calling quote : " it , low IQ score, dumb,.. ".

I spoke with many people of this company. They have always removed cars from people invoice. I told him that I cannot afford to pay all three cars. They refused to do it for me as soon he heard my voice, and he knew I am not white and I was not born in this country (because my accent). He said to me on text message that I cannot read. I have all the proofs.

Last week I called to ask for at least some part of money back, if not all the manager Jake, told me that he cannot m money. He sold the cars that I wanted to buy. The cars were sold on the next auction( I watched the bids) and kept all my money. These people are real thieves. They are not honest. They are pure racist. They never told me any terms and conditions.

My money ($1450) must be refunded. The racist comments on the phone line must be investigated.

Trucks & Auto Auctions Response • Mar 01, 2019

It is not possible to bid online on our auctions without going through the registration process online which includes a review of all terms and conditions and you must accept them in order to be registered.

We have wasted way too many hours attempting to resolve this issue with this customer. We're done with them.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because: I will never accept their response unless they refund my $1450 as soon as possible. They refused to sell me cars but took my $1450 and sold the same cars to another person after they promised to me that they were going to allow me to buy two cars. They are total liars. They are also ignoring the racism act addressed to me during my phone calls. I willing to file a lawsuit for the $1450 and for their act of discrimination and racism . This auction company is a real fraud. No one should ever buy their cars. This business should be investigated fully. This business goal is to sell the same car to different bidders, collect money from both, and lied about it. It is a scam and fraud. They should be fully investigated. Their business license to auction cars should be totally revoked as soon as possible. As they know you have english accent, they take advantage on you. Pure racism ands discrimination.

I do not think Revdex.com doing enough to resolve this matter. It is taking too long. Revdex.com should very aggressive about my complaint.

Purchased a vehicle, they claimed had no mechanical or engine issues. I have had nothing but issues, resulting into the car being in the shop multiple times, have spent over $800 on parts and labor, with a couple thousand more to be spent before it is even operational. The issues started the day the car was bought, they were notified of the issues, the refused to make it right, claiming it was not their problem.
They lied about the condition of the car, never revealed that it had been wrecked, and only had done the body work to make it *lookdecent, or that the airbags had been deployed, never mentioned extreme mechanical issues, even though they claim they list engine and mechanical problems in the listing for the cars they sell.

Trucks & Auto Auctions Response • Jan 03, 2018

All vehicles we sell are sold at auction, under as-is, where-is conditions. Buyer's are afforded the opportunity to inspect for two days prior to the auction before bidding. We do not own the vehicles and sell the vehicles on consignment for private parties, government agencies, banks and new car dealers.

Complaint: ***

I am rejecting this response because:

Vehicle was listed for sale claiming that there was no mechanical issues found. This was an outright lie. There were multiple mechanical issues found with the vehicle, including extensive damage to the under carriage. Was not allowed to put the vehicle up on a hoist to inspect prior to purchase, contrary to what their response claims.

Sincerely
