I am rejecting this response because: the dealership told us in our first conversation after we purchased the truck and it wasn't running correctly that they had a file on our truck and there had been work done to it beforeThey are refusing to give me the file to see what was actually worked on before we purchased the trucklast month after my husband picked up the truck when they had their mechanic clean the Last month after my husband picked up the truck when they had their mechanic clean the filter they told him that they replace the filter, not just cleaned it as he is stating in his responseMy husband drove it from Manteca to Tracy and the check engine light was on and the dealership would not answer his phone callsI asked [redacted] last week for the name of the mechanic in Atwater so that I could ask the mechanic what work he has done to it previously [redacted] said well we didn't take it to the same mechanic so I'll have to get a hold of themSo that tells me that there was previous work done before we purchased the truckIn good faith and honesty I think that they should help us with the cost of repairing the truck per the Ford service department reportI asked [redacted] last week for the name of the mechanic in Atwater so that I could ask the mechanic what work he has done to it previously [redacted] said well we didn't take it to the same mechanic so I'll have to get a hold of themSo that tells me that there was previous work done before we purchased the truckIn good faith and honesty I think that they should help us with the cost of repairing the truck her the Ford service department reportIf they do not want to help us with the cost, and they feel they sold me a working truck then why won't they buy it back from me and see for themselves that it is not a running truck

Review: I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and was promised a service repair among other new client amenities then when it came time for said services to be rendered I was talked to EXTREMELY poorly and made to feel like I am wrong for asking them to uphold what they promised when I bought my car! The owner named [redacted] (he withheld his last name) is by far the rudest person I've EVER met and I'm 68 my 40 year old daughter was with me and witnessed how I was spoken to and also she was there with my 19 year old grandson who also heard the promises of services and needed repairs which were not taken care of as promised! I have done more research on this business and found MANY other complaints against the owner and some of the same issues as I've had with these people please help me resolve my issues I'm a 68 year old lady with disabilities and this place has put my health at risk since I need a car to get back and forth to my doctors apointmentDesired Settlement: If the owner is not willing to hold up his end of a contract he should not have a business license to scam more money from unsuspecting older women who live on social security Thank you

Review: I purchased a 05 Magnum from the company the vehicle had no radio they agreed to put one in the second day having the vehicle the catalyic converter went out costing $600.00 I notified the car lot. they agreed to fix it. they were trying to finance me. I contacted another finance company and they said they worked with that company before and I was being over charged in fees & charges.. the dealership was scandaling me. so I requested my money back weeks & weeks. went on & they kept giving me the run around and nothing. I told them I wasnt going to provide any more documentation I demanded my money a month later they I had no tag service engine light on no took my vehicle & no money was returned. they didnt fix it. they kept giving me the run around I would call them 3 or 4 times a week and they would always say they would call me back and did not. I spent a lot of money in one month driving alone due to the problem they kept saying they would fix and didnt. they were trying to wait until the finance company financed me so I would be stuck in a loan with a ragady broke down vehicle, I asked to speak with the owner he lied and told me he was only the general manager so I went to small claims & said he was the owner. they lied to me. they are bad businessDesired Settlement: They can take my care not amount which was $350.00 but I want the rest of my deposit (down payment) so I can purchase a vehicle from a honest dealership which would be $1350.00

I agree to 1st month car note of $350.00 the remainder I want back of $1350.00

Review: I purchased a care from Truck Max USA in 02/2013- 2005 Audi s4 3500.00 was my down payment.I resently checked my Credit Report over the weekend I was advised that my car loan w/Low Bell is for 18000.00 how is it the car was only 9999.00 with check engine problems and they did an 18000.00 loan with out me knowing. My twin sister has the same issue with these people, they sold her an Audi that is a Lemon with engine problems. Please contact us, we also referred a family member not knowing all of this, three weeks ago, her car was 8000.00 the bank contacted her saying her loan is for 14000.00Desired Settlement: I would like my Car Loan redone, and my down payment back. 18000+3500 21500 thats not fair, I would have never taken the car had I known they would get over like this. please help me.

Review: I bought a 2005 bmw 330i on 5/25/14 it had the airbag light on and I had to buy new tires because wires were showing on the set it had when purchased. the next day 5/26/14 is when we bought the tires from [redacted] in manteca along with a alignment, and the alignment could not be fixed completely because the adjustments were maxed out and we needed camber/caster adjustments for the front and rear of the car. The same day after we go back to the dealership and tell the owner that we had to buy new tires and that it needed parts to fix the alignent. He promised us that he would have that taken care of along with the airbag light on I just needed to leave it so there mechanic could fix the car. on 5/27/14 after work I dropped off the car at 630pm and was told the car would be ready thursday afternoon 5/29/14 thursday rolls around and I havent recieved any calls so around 1pm I call for the status of the car and call went to voicemail. I show up at 530pm and the car was not there. I asked [redacted] the only worker there what happen with my car and he told me it was waiting for parts that came in at 4pm and the car wasnt ready. I gave them a day to have it ready and when I recieve the vehicle on friday 5/30/14 the airbag light is disabled my horn no longer works or any controls on the steering wheel and my hood latch is broken. I had the alignment checked at my work on 5/31/14 and it was not fixed I was furiated. I took the car back that same day and told them im not taking the car with shady repairs. they didnt offer me my money back but said I could pick another car.I was not happy with that option but I ended choosing a 03 nissan altima it had a service engine soon light on and was told by [redacted] it was on because it needed an oil change. they wrote that on the paperwork that it needed an oil change. I brought it monday 5/2/14 for the oil change. when I got the car back the light was still on and I had it checked at work and it had a p0420 code could you please call me I have no more spaceDesired Settlement: I gave the dealer the option to return my money I left the car at there lot and I will not take it back they sold me a car with a bad catalytic converter and lied and said it was an oil change light. this is in violation of my implied warranty of merchantability, the car has a major defect, its not reasonably fit for driving and I have had neither car for more than a day or two with out having problems. I went with good face and tried working with them and now there doing this to me.

Review: These people sold me a car that had so many mechanical issues on my way home the check engine light came on 2 days latter it cost me $900 to fix took it in to the shop they said that the water reservoir for the windshield washer fluid was broken you put water in and it came just as fast how can you not now when the warning light is always and the worst part is I bought it from the owner not just some one who traded it in he claimed he didn't know and promised me not a problem I will fix it! I called for 2 weeks and it was always an excuse we ordered the part still not in we will call you when it gets here or so conveniently when I call the boss is never in! The employees said we will talk to him and call you back and they never do! 5 days after purchase the tires were so bad they blew out on the freeway cost me another $700 for new tires and the other damage the blow out cost broke tail lights and the huge dent. These people don't stand up to there word. They didn't even smog the car before they put it out on the lot for the DMV registration. They just threw it out there for the next poor sucker to come along and take it off there hands."BAD BUSSINESS PRACTICE"

After receiving notice from the Revdex.com the dealership contacted me and was more than willing to do what ever necessary to correct the problem so thank you for that the problem was being ignored after calling for weeks and never getting a response, but again they did repair the problem.

Review: bought a car and within 3 weeks the car stalled - check engine light came on and the dealer does not want to cooperate with getting it fixed.also note that the finance mgr. [redacted] called and said I needed to bring in an extra $600 then a few days later said just $400 because the bank noticed a break in his employment (2 months) so I called my dad and he called Gaberal and [redacted] told him the same thing that the bank was asking for it not the car lot - so my dad called the bank and they said that they had already paid the car lot (trucks max) and were not asking for more money and not to pay them a penny more, that is extortion in my book.Desired Settlement: complete down payment money back for the car, tow service and diagnostic cost for auto mechanic.
