Yes I went to trucks plus of NC and looked at a vehicle I made my deposit of 1400 dollars and got a 2003 Nissan frontier with 193k miles. Well my salesman then tells me when I ask who my finance company was because he's refused repeatedly to tell me that I'm not actually financing the truck he is and I asked why I had over 17k in finance charges and he tells me because he takes the loan out and its enough to pay for the truck and to buy another to pute on his lot...this is outrageously rediculouse as I am not responsible for paying for his buisnes and adding other vehicles to his lot he refuses to cooperate with me with anything and many customers have had this problem please help he's scamming usProduct_Or_Service: Nissan frontier 2003Desired SettlementI would like a refund ofmy deposit and what I have paid for the vehicle so far I trusted him to not get a copy of the agreement because his printer was broke now I get a copy and I'm needing dier helpBusiness Response Mr [redacted] is not telling the truth in this matter his own mother is one of our customers and warned me that he would be trouble he let the insurance lapse witch resulted in us having to repossess his truck as well as writing a NSF check and disabling the starter interrupt system on the truck witch the finance company requires if you have any other questions please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX thanks [redacted]Consumer Response This is a normal response from a guilty buisness and as far as my mother I was in foster care so my mother isn't a customer per Johnston county department of social services and regardless of reposession wich I requested to happen because I was being lied to and given charges illegally this does not answer any question or resolve the issues with why I still have finance charges to wich are not mine or explain why he actually finances the vehicle and not me my next step is a lawyer..please be honest and comply why do I have those charges and who's the finance company I need paperwork and proof of why I am supplying finance charges to pute another vehicle on your lot
