Review: I purchased the equipment and card from Wal-Mart. When I got home, I was able to connect to the equipment however; I could not connect to any web page. In an effort to get the item to work, I registered the card online. The item still did not work so I attempted to return both to Walmart. I was told by Walmart that they could not refund me for the card. I immediately called internet on the go and was on hold for a total of 2 hours that day. I have been trying to get ahold of internet on the go every since. I opened a ticket online as well but never received a response. Today, someone finally answered only to inform me that refunds are not offered on cards. I was never able to use the card that I paid for. I would like a refund in the amount that I am out.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I am also willing to accept a Wal-Mart gift card. I just can't see giving 25 dollars away.

Review: The company's auto refill billed my back account 16 times for the same service totaling $400 when the charge should have only been $25 and after contacting them multiple times they still haven't returned the money.They are even claiming that they did return the money and that it's my banks fault that the money hasn't been returned to my account.I have contacted my bank and they assure me that isn't the case and that they have received nothing from the companyDesired Settlement: I want the erroneous charges ($375) returned to my bank account

Review: Can't connect to internet. Keeps rejecting me to refill internet minutes but when I try it tells me o have a refill waiting from the 23rd of February in limbo cause I have no active productI have refill cards I can't use and the debit card option is gone. Tried calling and emailing and only got a complaint ticket for when I call. Tried resetting device and connecting with multiple items. No success. It says I'm connected but I end up with no success. Both them and their sister company have online help but the person is always not there. Help I think they don't exist anymore. ThanksDesired Settlement: Way to good problem or refund so I can choose another carrier.

Review: This is the only affordable internet I can get but trying to get info. and management info on the web site is a nightmare. The person on the phone does not speak english well and does not understand english either. Icould not get a reason why I was not able to sign in on the site. They changed it again and I do not know why. I am already register so I could understand why this was happening. I could not do what they requested by adding an s to HTTP: My computer said it was not recomenned. I asked to talk with someone else about this but they said I would have to call back again. While I am burning up minites on the phone and Hotspot on the go internet. This is true bad behavior and is costing me money I can't afford. I want to know how much I have left on my account and I want them to give me all the time I have lost trying to get this solved. At least an additional 1 hours time back.
