Allowed TruCraft to enter my home and take pictures of water damage and was supposed to get a free estimateTwo weeks later NO estimate and owner will NOT answer his phone and I have left messages for him to contact me- NO call backThis is holding up my claim and now I have a real company coming to give an estimateAlso bothered by how he started trying to say if I didn't use him he may still bill us for his time if he did any communication with the insurance company toward the claim, told him NO this was to be a free estimateDid NOT come across as professional to us

Two weeks later NO estimate and owner will NOT answer his phone and I have left 2 messages for him to contact me- NO call back. This is holding up my claim and now I have a real company coming to give an estimate. Also bothered by how he started trying to say if I didn't use him he may still bill us for his time if he did any communication with the insurance company toward the claim, told him NO this was to be a free estimate. Did NOT come across as professional to us.
