This complaint is for a different company and not [redacted] . This complaint was for TruCycle which is a completely different company and is not associated with [redacted] Franchise. The 2 business share the same lobby so I can understand the confusion. Once I was notified by the client... about the situation, I got a hold of the owners of TruCycle and they talked to the client that day and to my understanding she was refunded her money.
