I just wanted to get in contact with you about the complaint that I submitted on 12/14/The complaint ID is [redacted] So I just received a call from Trudell Performance a few minutes ago saying that they finally have my computer back from where ever they sent it out to be tune(I never gave them permission to send it out to another company nor did they ask if they could) They are now trying to charge me $for services doneIn my Revdex.com complaint, I explained my situation, timeline, lack of customer service etcand stated in the "How do I envision the outcome" section that I do not expect to pay anything what-so-ever due to being weeks late as well as them not even doing the workMy question is, how should I proceed? I do not think that I should have to pay anythingIs this something that Revdex.com communicates or do I tell Trudell Performance that when I go to pick up my property? I received your email in response to my complaint submissionIt said to let you know if I have any direct contact from themThey did just call me and said that there has been some missed emails and that my computer is still where ever they shipped it to to be worked onThey said it should be back

I just wanted to get in contact with you about the complaint that I submitted on 12/14/2017. The complaint ID is [redacted]. So I just received a call from Trudell Performance a few minutes ago saying that they finally have my computer back from where ever they sent it out to be tune. (I never gave them permission to send it out to another company nor did they ask if they could) They are now trying to charge me $367.50 for services done. In my Revdex.com complaint, I explained my situation, timeline, lack of customer service etc. and stated in the "How do I envision the outcome" section that I do not expect to pay anything what-so-ever due to being 3 weeks late as well as them not even doing the work. My question is, how should I proceed? I do not think that I should have to pay anything. Is this something that Revdex.com communicates or do I tell Trudell Performance that when I go to pick up my property? Thanks.  [redacted]
