I am unsure as to where they pulled the whole "I was using the atomizer for dry herbs when it's not made for dry herbs" as I had two separate pens, and the one in question was never used for dry herbs, nor did I speak to anybody long enough for anyone to come to that conclusionThe battery/batteries that broke time after time were the ones I used with my own attachmentsThe counterfeit micro-g was never used for any dry herbs.My complaint is regarding the micro-g that is a knock off being sold as an authentic product, which I was forced to rid of days after I purchased it as the company requested me to send it to them for their legal teamThis complaint is in regard to the fake micro-g, not the many MANY other items I have purchased there that broke within daysThe company was helpful when my batteries kept breaking, but again...that is not the nature of my complaintIt is about the fake pen I purchased as an authentic brandBut for the record, I have bought separate attachments from Trudyann's that are specifically made for dry herbs, however, none of which were ever attempted to put on the micro-g as its not made for thatIn case this message isn't clear, my complaint is regarding the FAKE micro-g being sold as authenticI spoke to an employee for maybe two seconds regarding that one which was when he told me that it was, in fact, counterfeitThese people are blaintantly lying and I don't even know where they decided that I was using my pen for dry herbs when that's not what it's intended forI am baffled by that statementI had never even brought the fake micro-g back to the retailer as I sent it to micro-g immediately when they asked me to so that they may use it in their legal case against Trudyann'sMy complaint was not about the multiple batteries that probably are knock offs as wellIt's about the product that I can say is counterfeit with 100% certaintyAlso, the batteries are sold as batteries so I still am extremely confused as to how they decided that I was using my micro-g for the wrong purposes as I never did and that is a straight up lieI've bought attachments from their store of criminals for dry herbs to put on my battery, never used the micro-g for that so I feel that the fact that they are making things up completely validates just how crooked that company isI am just baffled at their audacity and the way they are upright lying! I have spoken to the company in regards to this manner and they are taking legal action against this store as it has already been verified that they are, in fact, selling counterfeit productsI have also reported it to the FBI as well.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Ms*** is stating that she purchased a product from my business and is claiming that the product is a fake reproduction of an item with a registered trademark to it, however I have done diligent research into the matter and never in time of my ownership has my company purchased any items with the name g-pro or any items from a company named g-pro I also show no sales records of any item with that name or a description matching it
While my company does offer off brand products we do not sell any fake product with a registered trade name nor do we sell any product claimed to be of a name brand when it is not We also do not claim that any item is an authentic product unless it was purchased from the manufacture directly.
As for the stated purchase without having an accurate date or date range of when this item was said to be purchased it is close to impossible for me to validate the claim that a fake product was purchased from my company I will state that my company, Singleton Enterprises Incwas formed in June of and purchased the assets of a previously existing company Trudyann's Smartmart Inc, (which has since been dissolved)My only conclusion to the matter is one of two things, athe item was purchased at the location I am currently operating in from the above mentioned previous company, or bthe item was purchased from one of my competitors in the same town and there is some misunderstanding of where it was purchasedWhile it is unfortunate that a consumer purchases a product and is unhappy with it, we do our best to help accommodate the situation but we do not offer returns or refunds on used merchandise due to the fact that we are unable to verify the manner of which a product was being used Therefore we are unable to assist Ms*** in a refund of her purchase price As stated above, we do not sell counterfeit products in our store, nor do we claim that off brand products are authentic from a manufactureI hope that all of this is all clear and satisfactory At this time I would ask that the case be closed without credit as there is no merit to the claim of Ms***Thank you for your time

I would like to start off by explaining the situation and our nature in it We are a retail vapor store selling products to assist in the e-liquid or vapor industry
As with all vapor stores many of our products are authentic from the manufacture as well as what are know as clones (or fake products as the consumer states) With that we as a company never advertise or falsely sell a product as authentic in our store All of our employees have been trained in the matter that if they are even unsure of the authenticity of a product they will not claim that the product is authentic We purchase our product from a variety of different sources and are not always able to confirm the authenticity of the product there fore it is widely know that the product may be a clone to the consumerAs for the matter on hand, the specific product in question is one of our oil atomizers (or burners), which are designed to be used with our thicker e-liquid oils, however many people attempt to use them for other type of oils In this case Ms*** was trying to use the oil atomizer as a dry herb atomizer which is a very different thing When this was brought to my employees attention they informed her that that use was not what was intended for the product in which she purchasedIn our store we clearly have posted that all sales are final, however we strive to help the customer in their endeavor and if any product is faulty or broken straight out of the package we replace the item at no charge In this case the consumer was trying to return an item that worked perfectly well however would not facilitate the purpose she was desiring, and with the item being used and working properly (for its intended use) we were unable to assist in the matterAs for a formal statement:
