I would like to start off by explaining the situation and our nature in it. We are a retail vapor store selling products to assist in the e-liquid or vapor industry....
As with all vapor stores many of our products are authentic from the manufacture as well as what are know as clones (or fake products as the consumer states). With that we as a company never advertise or falsely sell a product as authentic in our store. All of our employees have been trained in the matter that if they are even unsure of the authenticity of a product they will not claim that the product is authentic. We purchase our product from a variety of different sources and are not always able to confirm the authenticity of the product there fore it is widely know that the product may be a clone to the consumer.
As for the matter on hand, the specific product in question is one of our oil atomizers (or burners), which are designed to be used with our thicker e-liquid oils, however many people attempt to use them for other type of oils. In this case Ms. [redacted] was trying to use the oil atomizer as a dry herb atomizer which is a very different thing. When this was brought to my employees attention they informed her that that use was not what was intended for the product in which she purchased.
In our store we clearly have posted that all sales are final, however we strive to help the customer in their endeavor and if any product is faulty or broken straight out of the package we replace the item at no charge. In this case the consumer was trying to return an item that worked perfectly well however would not facilitate the purpose she was desiring, and with the item being used and working properly (for its intended use) we were unable to assist in the matter.
As for a formal statement:
We at Trudyann's Vapor Station, strive to offer our consumers an array of quality, affordable products. In some cases the best affordable alternative for a product is to offer a non name brand comparative of that product. We stand behind all of our products in the case of manufacture defect and will do what is necessary to to assist the consumer in their purchase.

Ms. [redacted] is stating that she purchased a product from my business and is claiming that the product is a fake reproduction of an item with a registered trademark to it, however I have done diligent research into the matter and never in time of my ownership has my company purchased any items with the name g-pro or any items from a company named g-pro. I also show no sales records of any item with that name or a description matching it.
While my company does offer off brand products we do not sell any fake product with a registered trade name nor do we sell any product claimed to be of a name brand when it is not. We also do not claim that any item is an authentic product unless it was purchased from the manufacture directly.
As for the stated purchase without having an accurate date or date range of when this item was said to be purchased it is close to impossible for me to validate the claim that a fake product was purchased from my company. I will state that my company, Singleton Enterprises Inc. was formed in June of 2015 and purchased the assets of a previously existing company Trudyann's Smartmart Inc, (which has since been dissolved). My only conclusion to the matter is one of two things, a. the item was purchased at the location I am currently operating in from the above mentioned previous company, or b. the item was purchased from one of my competitors in the same town and there is some misunderstanding of where it was purchased.
While it is unfortunate that a consumer purchases a product and is unhappy with it, we do our best to help accommodate the situation but we do not offer returns or refunds on used merchandise due to the fact that we are unable to verify the manner of which a product was being used. Therefore we are unable to assist Ms. [redacted] in a refund of her purchase price. As stated above, we do not sell counterfeit products in our store, nor do we claim that off brand products are authentic from a manufacture.
I hope that all of this is all clear and satisfactory. At this time I would ask that the case be closed without credit as there is no merit to the claim of Ms. [redacted].
