received a previous notice from her lawyer Parker Stanbury to which after evaluation by them the case did not go far and was droppedAny how here we are again as they say, first of all lets start with Mrs***'s claim that there is no license on the wallThis claim is as we have at the front desk reception area our business license, as well as other required credentialsAs of her claims of miss conduct in performing the procedure, Dr*** is a licensed physician in the state of California and has been for the past years, license # AXXXXXDrSolyman has received completion of training certificates by the pharmaceutical companies who manufacture these medical aesthetic products, as well as by multiple organizations in the field of medical aestheticsDrSolyman has never had the Medical Board of California charge him with complaints from any of his patients including this one in regards to infections, deformities or any other malpractice issues in the years of owning this businessIf the patient felt the service she had received on her initial visit was questionable then my question is why would she proceed to request more treatments from DrSolyman on her follow up visit even if there was a deal advertised by our business online "I had him put units of Botox on my follow up visit" Finally, the proof is also in the before and after pictures and the chart notes to prove that this patient received the standard of medical care at this officeWe hope this helps with this claim

In response to *** I don't appreciate the slander remarks of being problematic (that is a statement from ***) the Drthat injected the fillers was *** *** not *** I also looked up the license AXXXXX it's a woman anyhow this Dr *** AKA Soloman whoever he is has not come forth that is who my complaint is against I don't know why his girlfriend is responding if he is such a great Dr why doesn't he guarantee his work and why does he mix from one syringe to another saying he was mixing anesthesia with the filler that is odd and why does he work out of a small tote bag? he know is work is un-ethical un-professional his supply were in a small tote not cabinet nor refrigerated it seemed as if that was not his place the hole environment is shady he also used the same gloves it's a un-sanitary environment *** also stated I went back in a week to follow up Yes I did get Botox but as far as my face it was steal swollen and bruised therefore no one can see or tell the true out come when all swelling was gone my face looked the same I also have tons of pictures to date showing the terrible procedures true beauty provides as a consumer I should get better treatment for my moneyI think they should not practice in should a poor mannerthey ripped me off as far as the lawyer they are just a firm that help with legal advicethat my company provides for their employees, they helped me write a letter to ask for a refund from true beauty for there poor work there was nothing to be close as far as a case(*** stated this falsely again)I definitely want my $dollars back anyone would as well when they don't' receive the work they pay forI also have two witness that will vouch for me and my statement about true beauty they work very odd hours and they are a shady company as wellPlease help us consumer to continually ripped off by these un- ethical practices

In Response to *** ***'s Claims of Dr.S*** Solyman not being the Doctor who provided the treatment that day, Sstands for *** *** *** and *** is the same name as that which is on the medical and business license provided to the Revdex.com in our initial response to this claimBut nevertheless if you first off saw the place being unsanitary there is a mind boggling question as to why even if cheaper would anyone get their work done unless your claim is completely falseWe feel that you got more than just the proper treatment, unfortunately we don't really perform free servicesIt is apparent that you are now unhappy, but we did do a follow up and you seemed very pleased at the time and decided to obtain additional services on that follow up date
