True Blue Auto Sales Reviews (1)

Revdex.com Representative,In response to the complaint filed #[redacted] ([redacted]) please see below. On 10/05/2017 the client had purchased the 2015 Nissan Versa with the full understanding of a salvage title. When the vehicle was accepted by [redacted] as a trade in, [redacted] had understood that the car had a prior accident and was repaired. The title supplied was salvaged. When the vehicle was sold on 10/05/2017, the client signed the salvaged title showing understanding of the title. The client was present with his parents who had test drove the car and liked the vehicle. After the test drive, the parents and client came back to purchase the vehicle with cash. During the sale process [redacted] discounted the vehicle for $250 for the right headlamp.  After sale of the vehicle, the client and parents wanted to discuss the vehicle which [redacted] agreed to as a meeting. During the meeting the client complained about the frame of the vehicle. [redacted] was not aware of the frame damage, so [redacted] agreed to pay ½ of the cost of repairs due to safety pending agreement on the price and call from the client before the repairs were done. The client emailed the estimate on 10/13/2017 and sent the vehicle in for repair on 10/16/2017 per client report. The client did not call but emailed the estimate and proceeded with repairs on the vehicle without [redacted] consent on price. Upon inspection of the preliminary estimate provided by client’s repair shop, there was not a mention of any frame repairs. (See attached estimate)  There were charges of “RT headlamp assy” with labor which was already paid by [redacted] at an agreed upon amount. The other repairs done were cosmetic repairs that were noticed at point of sale and were sold “As is”. The repairs on the estimate did not apply to the frame. After the client had gotten the repairs done, they demanded half of the costs. After the events described, [redacted] called the client on 10/17/2017 to agree to pay half of the $4443.24 to please the customer despite the grossly inappropriate estimate. The client stated he wanted to talk to his parents to discuss the option. [redacted] did not receive a call, but instead received mail requesting the cost of the total repairs of the vehicle in addition to the full refund of the vehicle. The reason for client call with the estimate was to provide [redacted] with an option to evaluate the repairs which was not supplied. Therefor the client accepted the repairs on his own without [redacted] consent. Please advise if there are any further questions.Best Regards, TrueBlueAutoSales
