I am so pleased with the work that True Blue Pools did installing my pool. It is so beautiful and any issues I've had getting the levels right, etc. they have come out to address promptly. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our pool needed resurfacing and no one we knew could recommend a good pool company because they had all had bad experiences. We called several companies and those that bothered to show up to give us a quote were either very expensive or very unprofessional.
My husband found True Blue Pools online and they had been in business for may years, so we called them for a quote.
What a lucky find!
Every step of the process was handled professionally, by a team of hard working skilled people. They showed up on time, every time and didn't overcharge or nickel & dime us. The work was completed exactly to schedule and the end result is beautiful!
I would have absolutelty no hesitation in recommending this company - their prices and their work are fantastic. No wonder thay have stayed in business for so long.

When I bought my house, it came with a beautiful inground pool and waterfall that True Blue Pools had built. I needed some maintenance work done and they did an excellent job of thoroughly cleaning up my algae problem and fixing my trim tiles (there were trees pushing against the pool side). Their workmanship was excellent and I was very satisfied with their prices and integrity.

We were very pleased with the service we received from True Blue Pools. They resurfaced our diving pool with mini pebble. They also replaced the hardscaping around our pool and entire yard with travertine stone. The job was very challenging due to the large area, and the odd shape of our pool which required many unique coping cuts. We used to have a drainage problem, but they solved that with precision grading and a clever underground french drain solution that makes rain water essentially disappear through the travertine and travel away to naturally dissipate. The project management by Doug was superb, and the talented crews followed one another in lock step. This allowed for a smooth transformation from an old and tired yard to a beautiful living space. We would definitely call on True Blue Pools again should a need arise.

True Blue Pools were extremely professional from start to finish of our extensive pool remodel. They were honest, worked with us to keep costs affordable, did an excellent job of executing on what we wanted, were patient with us when we decided to make last minute changes, showed up when they said they would each and every time, all the office staff, workers and subcontractors were so pleasant and professional to work with. We could not be happier with the service we received or the finished product and would highly recommend True Blue to anyone.

[redacted] solicited bids to remodel our community pool and spa area. We met with each of the bidders on property to walk them through what we wanted and to get their opinion on what they would recommend. Once we were able to narrow the bids down to three companies, we reviewed their Arizona Register of Contractors license, the Revdex.com reports on them and on line reviews. The bid prices were all pretty close; however, during the walk thru, True Blue Pools made some suggestions that the other bidders did not talk about that we really liked.
True Blue Pools was awarded the contract and they took care of everything; from the permits, to the inspections, to the final walk thru. Owner; Terry L[redacted], was wonderful to work with and always kept us informed as to what was happening on site and what work was being scheduled next. We had a lot of work done and the employees at each stage of the job were very friendly, professional and always willing to answer questions. True Blue Pools was given complete access to our pool area and always left the job site clean and the area properly locked up and secured. At the time of signing contracts, we gave a six week timeline as we wanted to open the pool on Memorial Day weekend. We had new drains put in, new tiling, new cool decking, new pool hand rails and ladders, basically new everything. True Blue Pools accepted the six week timeline and completed the job two days early, even after discovering we had a gas line leak that we had to bring another contractor in to repair. They worked well with our fencing contractors, landscapers, and painters that were also on site during the construction period.
On our re-opening of the pool, our resident comments were extremely positive, saying that the changes make the whole area look resort-like. The highest compliment probably came from our Pool Service contractor who asked if I could get some of True Blue Pool’s business cards as he is always asked who he would recommend and he stated he now has a company to put on his list. Even our painters asked for True Blue Pool business cards as they stated that they do a lot of resident work and are always being asked to recommend a pool company. What higher compliment can you receive then for other contractors willing to recommend your business? Add the [redacted] to that list.

Terry and his guys came out and made my old beaten down plaster pool into a great place to swim and play. They were efficient and always very nice to the whole family. No issues with pricing even when I added things mid job. They showed up when they said they would and were done when promised. I had an issue with 1 section of cool deck and Terry had it fixed within 2 days no problem.

True Blue Pools just completed remodeling our pool. We were nervous about True Blue Pools coordinating

with our outside landscaper in regards to the fountain installations, travertine tile, and overall timing coordination

as well as the removal of our plaster and refinishing with mini-pebble tech.

I could not have been happier with their services. The price was good, and the owner was always available for questions and made sure everything coordinated with our landscaper. I would highly recommend True Blue Blues to anyone considering a new pool or remodeling their existing pool. The staff was very supportive and the craftsmanship and work was excellent.
