*** *** *** ***To whom it may concern:Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention I have reviewed John ***’ complaint in detail Mr***’ order was cancelled 08/16/2017, but it appears the agent handling this customer service call did not adequately address all of Mr***’ concerns.Mr*** was billed correctly based on the agreed terms at the time of the order, but as it is clear Mr*** did not understand the terms we are happy to issue a full refund Mr*** may keep any product he has already receivedMr*** paid a grand total of $1, $was refunded to his credit card on 8/16/at the time he canceledAn additional $was refunded to his card on file ending today The remaining $will be refunded by check, as these are too far in the past to be refunded to the card, and mailed to Mr*** today To summarize Mr***’ account is canceled and he was refunded in full. [redacted]’s information, including his payment information, was entered onto the site at the time of his order. The terms and conditions of the order, including the amounts of the billings were outlined in those terms. Regardless of the source of [redacted]’s confusion we wish to ensure his satisfaction. Two payments of $119.38 were processed based on the original terms of the order, however we received notification that those payments were disputed and returned to him by his card company. It appears one payment of $119.38 was subsequently returned to us by the bank. We will refund that payment to [redacted] by check. We have confirmed that in many cases consumers fail to report their satisfaction although their concerns have been resolved.
