This is a dishonest company, do not do business with them Hired them for a plumbing leak, less than a week, the leak started again, even I couldn't believe it, called them under their day warranty and advised themMark advised me they don't warranty any of their plumbing, they came and stated it was a 'new leak', I showed their plumber the cut and where the hole was, he agreed with me and took pictures! Very bad company, unprofessional!

I called five 24/companies after I found a bad plumbing leak at AM in my houseTrue Builders was only one that I could talk with people at AM, all others with an answer machine They arrived quickly and showed real profession works, so the flood didn't cause major damage for entire houseThey treated the issue quickly and seriously, they took care every thing with the insurance
I recently had new look master bedroom, office, pool bath, and living room as if nothing had ever happenedThe wood floor looks beautiful! I would like to thank Issac , Aron and every one in their team, they are very nice and a pleasure to work with
They did a great job! And I was glad the insurance covered all cost I would highly recommend the True Builders to

We had a water heater blow out and a great deal of the flooring was soaked in our double wide mobile home. True Builders was there that afternoon setting up dryers to keep the mold down and save the flooring from further damage. They worked with the insurance adjuster and us. There was a great deal more that we asked of them over what the insurance was covering. It took approximately 10 weeks from start to finish for all work to be completed. But, we are very satisfied. The home is nicer now than it was originally, and we have two completely renovated bath rooms. New carpeting in the bedroom, and new kitchen flooring. The plumbing and electrical have been updated too.
On a scale of 1-10, I would give this company a 9.

A few months back we had a big plumbing leak. We called several plumbers, True Plumbers, being one of them. This happened on Super Bowl Sunday! True Plumbers were the only ones who got back with us immediately and fixed the leak within 21/2 hours! Unfortunately our ceiling was damaged and we had to have major repairs done to avoid mold. My parents live with us and we explained the situation to Mark. He was amazing! He got on it right away, took care of the insurance claim, and had all the work done in a very timely manor. All of the employees, both plumbers and construction workers were absolutely great! Very polite, and respectful to our situation. Both my husband and I were very pleased with their work and would highly recommend the company.
I would like to thank Tom, Mark and Isaac for staying on top of things for us and to all the workers for a job well done!

On December 17th at 1:45 am a drunk driver crashed through our front window going 65 mph. It missed my bed by 3 feet! The occurrence was so unbelievable that BOTH Bay news 9 and FOX news sent crews out here to do a story on us! Left with a HUGE hole in our house, I was left feeling total despair until I met one of the owners of True Builders; named Isaac Turpin. He came the very next day, surveyed the damages and immediately calmed my fears assuring me that this looked horrible, but they could make my house look better than it did before the crash. The following day he brought his whole team to my house to introduce them to me so I knew who I would be dealing with on every level of the reconstruction. I met Aaron, who organized the different repair crews, and was there EVERY time I had a need. There was such extensive destruction, he had to schedule 5 different professional crews to put my house back together. Each one was very efficient, and did their work to the level that I wanted. Another wonderful person is Nicole who answered the phone whenever I needed to hear a friendly reassuring voice. She always got back with me when she didn't know the answers immediately, within the SAME day. Then the main crew that revolutionized the interior of my house was Dean and Kent. I have never seen any two people work so quickly and professionally in my life! They replaced the entire floor and hallway with stunning laminate wood, painted the walls, replaced the base boards, rebuilt the wall on the inside, put up new drywall, built a whole new doorway, and finished it off with a beautiful new door. Dean and Kent were pleasant to have in our home, along with being very considerate of the contents of the house, our animals and our time. Dean also inspected every other job that was done on the house to make sure it was done properly and to my liking. Isaac came several times during the process to make sure the job was moving along and not taking too long to complete. From beginning to end every person from True Builders was kind, professional, and understanding. Isaac was good to his word because my house is much more beautiful than it ever was before, and I have True Builders to thank for it. I am one satisfied, and blessed customer!

I WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS MY RECOGNITION TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS THAT WORKED ON MY HOME PROJECT.ISAAC AND AARON WHO GOT THINGS ROLLING WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY, TO NICOLE WHO SHOWED SO MUCH PROFESSIONALISM AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS I HAD, DEAN, KENT AND ALBERT, YOU GUYS DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB INSTALLING MY KITCHEN CABINETS AND JUSTIN, YOU DID A TRUE MATCH PAINT JOB. YOU COME VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BY ME AND A JOB WELL DONE.

My daughter started using this company for years ago and recommended them to all of us. This year I had a leak in my bathroom I called them because other plumbers we called did not come or the price was outrageous for a night call, Issac sent his best Big John who was fantastic, fixed the problem and was very clean, a week later another leak we fixed and then noticed water in my bathroom it was coming from the fridge and had been going on for a while which we did not know. I called Issac again and he came out tore out the floors that were 1 inch high in water sprayed and set up fans and other machines. They never stopped they dealt with the insurance company took care of everything. Then Todd and Tom came to do the extras that I had requested. They were the best, kind, clean, professional. They never stopped they did not mess around, they worked om my project and made my dream bathroom a reality. This company not only works with the insurance company who in my opinion was horrible but they also worked with us and were fantastic. I would continue to recommend them and have had neighbors come by to see the work who were also very impressed with the level of word Todd and Tom did. Thank you so much Issac, Mark, Todd and Tom. Especially Erin who had to put up with my meltdown when this all happened. He took my hand and led me through process. All of you are the best. They are doing my kitchen next and I cant wait to start.
