I can not even imagine HOW IN THE WORLD this place would have any five star rating They cut so many corners after [redacted] decided they didn't want to tow our car to our chosen body shop First, the cover that runs under the car over the transmission and oil pan was cut horizontally so they could access the front of the car all the way to the end leaving maybe a centimeter to keep it together It was clearly cut because it was a perfect straight line They didn't make any attempt to hold it together with anything and when we drove the car away and noticed we took it back only so they could tell us we must have driven over something that did it...ya, we live in the city...paved streets and it was perfectly cut...LIARS I change the oil on the car so I knew exactly what it looked like before and it was NOT that Second, they replaced two of the tires and both leak terribly with brand new tires I am at my dealer now and they have told me the wheels were terrible under the tires as they are remounting them after cleaning They couldn't even take the time to mount the tires on the wheels correctly Third, the driver door panel on the inside was not put back on correctly and doesn't even line up with the window switches! I recommend if your insurance company has you meet them here for the inspection, DO NOT let them talk you into having the car repaired there ZERO STARS ACROSS THE BOARD...on to the next site I can find to review this terrible body shop And now that I've moved to this site, it's no wonder they aren't Revdex.com accredited

I can not even imagine HOW IN THE WORLD this place would have any five star rating. They cut so many corners after [redacted] decided they didn't want to tow our car to our chosen body shop. First, the cover that runs under the car over the transmission and oil pan was cut horizontally so they could access the front of the car all the way to the end leaving maybe a centimeter to keep it together. It was clearly cut because it was a perfect straight line. They didn't make any attempt to hold it together with anything and when we drove the car away and noticed we took it back only so they could tell us we must have driven over something that did it...ya, we live in the city...paved streets and it was perfectly cut...LIARS. I change the oil on the car so I knew exactly what it looked like before and it was NOT that. Second, they replaced two of the tires and both leak terribly with brand new tires. I am at my dealer now and they have told me the wheels were terrible under the tires as they are remounting them after cleaning. They couldn't even take the time to mount the tires on the wheels correctly. Review: My vehical was hit by another car and my insurance told me take my car to true collision. When I had them look at my car they told me it would be done in a week. After my vehical was done they charged me an additional 200 dollars to fix the problem and they didn't fix the whole problem. They put a new rim and hubcap and tire on the car but the bad valve stem so the tire kept going flat. When I told them they told me they have to order a new part. When the part came in they simply handed it to me and told me I had to get someone to put it on so I had to pay an additional 75 dollars because they didn't do the job correct and tried to hide it. After I got it put on by another place it was discovered the part was defective and when I called them they keep telling me to call back they have to find the invoice. It has been over a month of me trien to get it resolved and the guy told me that I have no way to prove it is the same part.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology for the neglect and unprofessional work and refunded for the cost of the valve stem and the money it cost me to have another shop put back on the valve stem is expensive cause the tire pressure sensors
