Tell us why here...The customer was issued a refund check and according to tracking it was delivered on 3/**/17 ([redacted] tracking [redacted]) As a result of the customer stating the check was not received, we had to confirm with the bank that the check was not deposited and request a stop payment. A replacement check was mailed today, via [redacted]. Here is the new tracking number [redacted]. Please let us know if any additional information is needed.
