True Effective Rate

I have been in contact with this merchant and we are in the process of resolving this issue.
It was a mistake on Ignite's part to charge the merchant any early termination fee's due to the fact that
the merchant does have a no early termination fee form...

True effective / Ignite has contacted me regarding the complaint  through Revdex.com, but nothing has been resolved nor refunded yet.

To whom it concern:
