We need to apologize to Mrs *** for not responding appropriatelyWe did go out to troubleshoot the problem of icicles she is having...but since the technician sent to her house concluded the icicle buiwas not related to the work we did, it was closed out on our side. We should have
called her back (as our service technician had told her), our office staff simply did not see that on the service report and so it did not happen. We do sincerely apologize for this oversightShe is correct to be frustrated and we have since remedied the situation
