Review: I purchased a product from Beatwebsites.com. The product is a pre-made website.The purchase comes with a lifetime of unlimited support.[redacted] (My Internet Security Company) has detected "Cross Site Scripting" in my website. My website has been compromised. [redacted] engineers need to bypass the encryption to fix the issue before it gets worse. They need this info from Beatwebsites.com.Administrator, [redacted] has failed to resolve this issue which is very urgent. I filled out multiple support tickets in which [redacted] has been very negligent. His responses were all non cooperative and non productive. [redacted], my website security consultant has also tried to contact Beatwebsites.com to resolve the issue from which there has been no progress.I was very clear with [redacted] on how urgent this situation is. He shows absolutely no concern which greatly frustrates me and shocks the employees at [redacted]. Beatwebsites.com has failed to meet their "Lifetime Support" claim. My website has been hacked and I could lose everything due to this negligence.The issue is very simple to fix. The encryption must be decoded for [redacted] to repair and patch my website.Desired Settlement: Beatwebsites.com must give the code of my website without encryption to [redacted] for unlimited use.[redacted] will then be able to fix the security issue and any other security issues without the dependency of Beatwebsites.com.[redacted] will have full access for all future security issues. Beatwebsites will continue to resolve technical issues.

Review: On two occasions I have opened a support ticket with beatwebsites.com concerning domain name transfer. I have not received a response from the company. The first ticket was opened on May 3, 2013 and the second ticket was opened on May 10, 2013. I am being charged for web hosting, however I am not able to complete the design of my sight because I am waiting on a response concerning the domain name. Please assist me in getting a response from this company.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome is that I get some type of correspondence concerning my domain name transfer so that I can get my online business started.
