I would have accepted an apology if it were the truthThey knew they were harassing our business because I told repeatedly that we were not going to do business with them and the reason we did not want to do business with themI finally told them not to call back or I would report them to the Revdex.com and still they continued callingI believe this is a practice in their business
One other note: I still don't know why you have them listed as True Food ServicePer my earlier correspondence with you, they connect businesses with HVAC companies

True is operating per our standards and per our warranty policy which states the below statement in the WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY section
RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS: TRUE assumes no liability for parts or labor coverage for
component failure or other damages resulting from installation in a non-commercial or residential applications
This unit does not have any warranty
