on 9/16/for our risk free day trial periodPlease note that we also allow time for shipping and receiptAll customers are required to check a box prior to order submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of the trial offerOur terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with True Garcinia Extract that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial periodWe did receive a cancellation request via phone on 10/4/2016, which was the trial expiration, and the billing date for keeping the one-month supply initially sentConsequently, *** *** was charged for completing the trial period as stated in our terms and conditionsOur records indicate that the customer called back on 10/11/2016, at which time the representative offered two options: one was to keep the merchandise that the customer already had possession of for a 71% refund (to be immediately applied)The other option was to return unused merchandise for full credit (minus shipping costs), which the customer ultimately opted to chooseAn RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) was issued, and the customer was advised to return the merchandise for creditUnfortunately, the customer did not allow proper time for receipt prior to filing this complaint; please note that as of today (10/19/2016) we have not yet received this returned merchandiseAs a courtesy, we have issued a refund of $to the customer’s account, which covers the cost of shipping and product price chargedThis refund should appear within the next 7-business daysWe do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with
