To answer to the complaint that has bee made by *** ***, I can assure that our hair is 100% human hair and can be bleach and colored, she bought two ombre blond frontal closure from our store in good condition and she or her hair stylist went ahead and bleached the hair knots of the frontal that cause hair from the frontal to shed, lace closures and lace frontal are not made as strong as a regular bundle hair that is sewed in to weft, lace closures and frontal hair is hand tied to the net so therefore customers must take good care and treat gentle if want to use it for at lease a second, third or forth time, bleaching is putting chemical on the hair knots which causes the hair to either loosens from the net or weaken the hair knots and cause the hair to come off the net.our policy is no refund and no exchange; however, if an item that is sold has any defect or damage without or that is not customers fault we will exchange or refund, we also inspect our product to make sure that it is in good condition to sell to our customers. SIDE NOTE: * Not every hair stylist knows how to install and style a frontal.* Lace frontals and closures are temporary they are not design to last as long as a bundle that is sewed into weft.* Bleaching the knots on lace frontals & closures defiantly make it look more natural but it is destroying the bonds/knots

Good day, Our company as a no refund or no exchange policy, however sometimes we do look over this policy depending on the severity of problems or concern a customer might have to make sure we not responsible on our part. We are a virgin hair store that sells 100% Virgin Hair. Which means it can be...

colored, dyed, curl, straighten, wash and be reused as many times once it is treated properly. We sell the hair in a pretty good condition. Once the customer buys the hair it is now their responsibility to maintain and keep the hair in a good condition. Unlike a sneaker store, once the customer opens the package of hair and chooses to process, color, bleach or cut the hair there is nothing we can do because we gave it to the customer in a good condition.  This is NOT 100% hair.   I can prove beyond reasonable doubt that this is knock off hair.  The hair shedded when it was opened to be processed. It is irresponsible to state that your hair can be colored and dyed and when going through the process. It began shedding. The fact that you do not want to refund or replace the hair proves that you know your hair is bad hair and chooses to sell customers a fraud.   I have another wig that was made and it shedded. I will supply the picture of that wig so that it can prove that you are not selling 100 % human hair. Also, before you reviewed my complaint your manager offered me to give her the hair and she will give me another frontal for a discount. Why would I want another bad frontal . You are selling bad frontal that cannot be processed. I will make sure to show people and expose this business for being fake.

 You are wrong. I went to a professional hair stylist whom has credentials and years of experience behind her work. In addition I just attended  a class with a celebrity stylist where the frontal were bleached and did not shed. I have proof. Stop contradicting your self. In the last email you stated I can bleach the hair and now you are saying I cannot. This is bad for your business.I know many of your clients whom I will shows what your hair does. I will upload pictures and put it on you tube. My hard earned money will not go down the drain because you do this all the time. I Know about hair and bleaching nots. I care my hair . I am not gonna be the one looking like a fool. You are a con artist selling bad hair.  The are hundreds of hair supplies and trust me when clients see what your hair does they will gladly go else where. I have two sets of bad frontal. I asked for a new frontal or my money back and you insist on lying.
