Tried to reach this company for MONTHS their phone says out of order, their web site comes up blank. They are charging me for a bill that I don't owe. I have insurance and yet they continue to claim I do not. I have tried to resolve this for months and I cant anyone attention. I have called, emailed and snail-mail. NO LUCK
Billing Adjustment they need to adjust this bill and accept my insurance. At the very least they need to answer the phone or email.
