I understand that most of these reviews are negative, and trust me, they caused much thought and consideration on my part when deciding which company to choose for my upcoming moveHowever, I brought this to light in my conversation with a representative when discussing my plans, and he understood my hesitationNot ONLY did he understand, but he did not make excuses, and truly had my best interest in mindHe then went to bat for me and cut a very large amount off of our original estimateThe company agreed to cut the cost with the same amount of weight on the truck, and assured us that they would be available throughout the next few months as we prepare for our moveHe literally spent all day on the phone with me, answered my questions thoroughly and honestly I feel VERY good about this decision! I have direct contact information, and feel confident that all of my concerns will be addressed if any should ariseI give them an A+ for sure!!

True King Relocation did a move for my mother from GA - TXMy mother is so she wasn't able to pack at allThe company that preformed the move was very professionalThey handled all the packing for her, which was more than I expected....but it's ok because they protected all of her sentimental items from when I was youngerI do appreciate the assistance with the dispatch dept with the schedulingEverything happened just as I requestedI heard so many horror stories & I was unable to do the move myself because I was out of the country so I was VERY surprised when everything was delivered with no damagesThanks True King Relocation!!!!

They told me I had a no risk deposit, until we got a furnished place and didn't need the movers, they wanted nothing to do with refunding us our depositWe got the run around, transferred from person to person, hung up on and promisesI ended up having to go through my bankHorrible customer service and I wouldn't trust anything they sayLook elsewhere!!!!!!

True King handled a move for me from Ohio to TennesseeThey spent a lot of time on the phone with me, explaining their role as a broker rather than a carrier, after I realized that I had not booked directly with a carrier, as I had thought I had doneAfter quite a bit of discussion with two different True King employees, both of whom were extremely patient with me, I got a good bit more comfortable with having True King as a buffer between me and the carrier, and also with having them act as my advocate with the carrierAs it turns out, it was worth the booking fee, and then someThey got me a better price per pound than I had been able to find on my own, and they worked hard to make sure my pick up and delivery went smoothly, and on timeBoth ends of the move went extremely wellI worked with four different True King reps, all of whom were greatThis was the smoothest move I've had in a very long time

I hired True king relocation's to move my mothers items from PA to FL on June 11thIt wasn't a huge home (bedroom, bath) with some odds and ends in the garageI must admit I was a little apprehensive at first as I had not heard of this company before as they along with a bunch of other companies contacted me after putting in my information on moving.com with some companies telling me to go in cubic feet and others in weight plus some just saying whatever I wanted to hear I didn't really know what to believe or who, however after some research and explaining of the terms they were using the experience was pleasantI was even thinking of going the u haul route but I am glad I didn't in the end as I didn't want to fly there and move a bunch of stuff then have to drive all the way ...worse yet with her in the truckI put down a deposit and I used the weight method as from what I learned it was verified after my mothers items are loaded at a weight stationThey initially quoted me lbs and by the time the stuff arrived the lbs was and my price was lower than the quote which they said may happenI would recommend

True King Relocation handled my move from CA -FLI have never done a move this big, especially using a moving companyI honestly went online looking for rates on a UhaulWhen True King contacted me I was hesitant at first, but the rep that contacted me was very persistent & was able to convince me not to do this big of a move by myselfAll in all I was very satisfied with the move besides the increase in my price, but it was based on weight so it is what it is

I chose True King Relocation for our long distance move from San Francisco to Las Vegas because with our situation, they were the only company who guaranteed a next-day delivery, which was very important for us. As an added bonus, they were the cheapest company--unfortunately, you definitely get what you pay for. Just about every single piece of furniture was damaged in some way. The leg of one of our stools was completely broken off, but when placed in our house, it was arranged so that we wouldn't notice it until we decided to move it later. The finish on our TV console was peeled off from tape they placed on it, as well as a large chunk of wood broken off. And so on, you get the idea. The movers were very nice guys, and they worked hard, but I wish they had been a little more careful. I understand that we asked to get from point A to point B quickly, but I don't think the well-being of our belongings should be compromised. None of our stuff is of great value, but we liked what we had, and now it's all damaged. We even tipped the guys before and after, and now we regret doing that because it clearly didn't do anything at all. If you're looking for a cheap, quick, last minute move, and don't care too much about your belongings, True King is the company for you.

True King Relocation handled my move from OH - FL & my brothers move from CA -FL. We relocated to take over our family business for our father. It was really a last minute decision. True King Relocation were able to coordinate both moves and they actually got delivered on the same day. I honestly didn't believe it would happen like that but the rep that I spoke with seemed very knowledgable about the logistics of the move. All he asked was that if he was able to get it done for us that we post a positive review......we'll I am a man of my word so that is why I am posting this review.

I am a single, disabled veteran who moved from IL - GA. Like I said I am disabled so I was unable to do any packing or moving for myself. I called True King Relocation to organize my move for me. I was actually referred to True King from a close friend. I don't have much as far as inventory, the most important items to me are my awards from the military. True King gave me a quoted price and that's what I ended up paying for my move........all together I was very satisfied with my move!
