True Level Concrete Ltd.

I waited 4 days for my appointment with true level concrete and Sunil decided that his customer is not important and decided not to call or show up for his appointment. Only when I called him did he catch a wake up!

I won't file a complaint, however, I will post my grievance with this company. After several other bids from other concrete leveling companies, I decided to hire True Level Concrete. Their bid was actually higher than my other bids. However, I decided to go with this company because they (apparently) are the only company that uses 'PolyLevel'. That said, the crew came and did the job. Unfortunately, the work was incomplete. At the end of the job, one of the crew told me that there were still 3 areas where the concrete was not level and that we needed to purchase a 'self leveling' agent and complete the job ourselves. Having paid almost $8000 for a job that was not complete is not acceptable to me. Instead, I had to purchase the self-leveling agent myself (extra expense) and hire someone else to complete the job (extra expense) that should have been completed by True Level Concrete. I suffer from lung disease and could not complete the job myself. I would not recommend this company.
