I was charged unauthorized recurring charges. I want a refund on charges and charges to cease.
Recurring charges for a free trial. They did not disclose that this would be a recurring charge. I am unable to cancel due to no contact information. In July, I ordered a "free" trial of True Life Detox and True Life Keto and was charged shipping charges only. I did receive the product. It was not disclosed that by accepting this free trial it would automatically sign me up for a recurring subscription. There was no paperwork included with the trial deliver on how to continue or cancel. On 7/19/19 I was charged additional charges of $88.97 and $89.95 for product that has not been received!! The product continuation is not wanted. I am unable to locate any contact information for the company to call or email to cancel a supposed subscription that was never requested or authorized. I would like the money credited back to my account and all future recurring charges ceased!

I want the amounts of $88.97 and $89.95 refunded to my credit card immediately and I want all recurring charges ceased immediately!
Refund the 2 subsequent charges and cease recurring charges.

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the Omega Maxx Keto and Omega Maxx Detox, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.
Your trial started when you ordered the products on 07/01/2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.95. Your trial ended on 07/17/2019, in which we didn't receive any call from you thus, your account has been kept active.
We went ahead and cancel your account today 09/13/2019 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $89.95 and $88.97 without the need to return any of our products.
Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.
Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

Recurring charges FROM a Free Trial Offer
It was not disclosed that there would be any other charges. I am unable to contact them regarding these two charges that hit my acct. I had ordered a "free" trial of True Life Detox and True Life Keto and was charged for shipping charges only. I did receive the product. It was not disclosed that by accepting this free trial that there would be any kind of recurring or future charges. There was no paperwork included with the trial delivery regarding any future charges or future deliveries. Nor have I received anything else from this company/person. On 7/15/19 I was charged additional charges of $88.97 and $89.95 without any notification to me regarding these (Fraudulent) charges! I have not been able to contact this company, I have no number or email to Dispute these charges that were never requested or authorized. I believe my bank may have stopped these charges in time, However I wont know for sure for 3-5 Business Days when my money should be credited back to my account and all future recurring charges should be Denied by my Bank. I have closed my card that they used for these Fraudulent Charges.

I ordered a "free" bottle of True Life Detox and True Life Keto; only had to pay shipping of $5.95 and $4.95, respectively. $5.95 was taken from my account on 2/28/2019 and $4.95 was taken from my account on 3/1/2019. I did receive the items within a week. I did not intend to sign up for some automatic renewal - there was no statement in the shipment with on instructions for continuing or discontinuing the trial. On 3/19/2019, my account was charged $88.97 for Detox and $89.95 for Keto. I never received the items - I didn't really want them anyway. However, on 3/21/2019, I sent an email to [email protected] asking if the order had been shipped and stating that I wanted to cancel any automatic charges. I have received no response.
