We spoke with the customer as soon as we received his email expressing his dissatisfaction with True Line's servicePrior to his complaint, the vehicle's alignment was checked and up to spec on two separate occasions, and tire air pressures resetThere's obviously a problem that we're missing, causing his recurring inside tire wearWe offered the customer two optionsThe first was to give us an opportunity to further trouble shoot the problem, or, we would refund all money spent at True Line plus some expensesThe customer stated that he would prefer the refund, the distance from his residence to El Cajon being a factorTrue Line is issuing a check to the customer in the amount of $for refund for work performed and gas cost reimbursementWe apologize to the customer for his inconvenience, and will be using this incident as a topic in future staff enlightenment Sincerely, [redacted] President True Line Wheel Alignment Inc
