Review: We were married in October 2009 and here it is April 2014 and we still have not yet received our wedding DVD, 2 parents albums, wedding day album, studio/outdoor album, and 24x30 enlargement photo, even though we paid for all of it upfront. [redacted] was doing business as ("D/B/A") True Love Wedding in Brooklyn, NY and he advised that he was re-locating the store to Long Island where there was more business, yet that was not true. Over the last 5 years we have received via phone and email every excuse in the book while we have been patiently accepting his baloney excuses. He constantly says the Lab is working on our items yet we do not believe that there is any Lab, and this Lab does not make any progress in 5 years?? Out of humongous frustration, my wife even put together a parents album herself with on-line software so that all he had to do was print it out and bind it, and we still never received them and that was a year and a half ago!! Not only is this non-delivery of products, but it is a breach of contract by not honoring the contract we signed and paid for in a timely fashion. The current whereabouts of [redacted] are unknown. Although [redacted] closed his store, we believe the main business of True Love Wedding which is still open for business in Flushing and in Manhattan is fully liable for [redacted]'s inactions and breach of contract.Desired Settlement: Delivery of all overdue items completed in full as requested and contracted for.
