I ordered on Oct 30
Rec'd notice on FB Messenger that my order was rec'd and is being processed, and that I would receive notice when it ships
I inquired about my order via email on Nov 12 - no response
I inquired again on Nov 20
Rec'd response on Nov 21 basically stating: "your order was on back order (and you should have known that) but it should be there by Nov 23." Note: if I had known they were on back order I would not have ordered them
Rec'd notice FB Messenger that my order shipped on Nov 21 (ironic)
Order arrived on Nov 25
Inspected product and determined I did not want it. Repackaged the lights in exact manner they arrived
Emailed request for Return/Refund information on Dec 3 - no reply
Emailed again Dec 7 - only rec'd automated reply of "one of our agents will get back to you within 1-2 business days
Messaged through FB Messenger Dec 10 - Rec'd automated reply of "one of our dedicated support agents will respond shortly"
Emailed again Dec 13 - no reply (I think I've been blocked now)
Went back to FB Messenger and their website Dec 15 to insist on immediate return contact - only automated replies.
At this point I don't expect to hear from them.
Starting here, I will reporting the company to as many review agencies as possible.
DO NOT do business with True Lumens / Sharper Designs, Inc.

I purchased a solar light and never used it. The paper work that came with it said it would only last 4 to 5 hours and I need one that will last longer so I want to send it back for a refund. I cannot get their refund department to contact me to get an RMA to send it back.. They just say some one will contact me in 1 to 2 days. I have been trying for over a month with multiple emails and still no answer. They just keep sending me emails to buy more products. Can you help me with this please!

I bought a light with a one year warranty and im trying to get it replaced or repaired but noone will respond to my emails.
