True North Chandeleur Island Charters LLC

I am contacting you in regards to in regards to Captain [redacted]  who is docked at Point Cadet Marina and runs a fishing charter called True North Chandeleur Island Charters LLCI had a trip booked with him on Oct1,with a $deposit and he didn't even show up at the dock or return phone callsWe talked to one of the other dock renters and he said he hadn't seen the boat run in as long as he had been renting (months)I also talked with the marina and they have had problems getting their money from him and were aware that he had engine problemsI have contacted Mr [redacted] and he has promised to refund my money on two different datesBut has not done soI am fixing to contact the board of tourism, Revdex.com and Biloxi Chamber of CommerceI am sure [redacted] with True North Chandeleur Island Charters LLC has run this scam on people other than just my fishing party and is proabably continuing to do so
