True North Disability Services has been a pleasure to deal with I attempted on my own to obtain the Disability Tax Credit for my Type Diabetic husband, but the doctors did not understand the paperwork and I could not proceed on my own True North was professional and friendly and took over the process They stayed in contact and informed us what was happening for each step and gave us timelinesThey provided the doctor with guidance on the appropriate forms They made it very simple I highly recommend this company
I was very skeptic when I called True NorthThey called me, sent all the informationFrom my initial phone call to receiving my cheque, months, and that includes me sitting on the form for weeks, again because I was skeptic True North was truly professional and I highly recommend them

I investigated True North Disability Services to determine if I was qualified for a tax credit due to my Type diabetesThey were extremely informative and helpful with the procedures and qualifications regarding this tax creditThey provided me with the required forms for my doctor to complete and followed through with the filing and follwith CRA for a successful filingAll three of the people I dealt with at True North Disability were helpful, polite and professional in their dealingsAs a bonus, their fee is not payable until after you are successful with your claim and have received your refundI believe this is one of those "hidden" credits with CRA that most people are not aware ofI would highly recommend this company for their excellent service and wish them continued success with their business!
