We had a certified mover survey this customer's shipment in February (attached) which showed items. When the shipment was picked up in March, customer had added an additional items - many of which were bulky. We did the best we could to keep prices down, and charged her
only $more than the original quote even though the shipment almost doubled in size. We have allowed her to make payments are now demanding the balance prior to delivery overseas. She is now suddenly disputing the charges
