I spoke with Toyota and was told they will mail the Letter of No Interest againI told them to mail it directly to me, Jose C*** and I will make sure the customer gets it myself

We do take deposits in order to reserve a vehicle for a customer. I have apologized to [redacted] and have sent him the refund receipt showing his refund is processed.  I called him to confirm he received my email, which he did.
