True Payday Loan

This Russel Moore guy who supposedly does all the communication is a real piece of work. I got an email three weeks ago offering a deal on a payday loan that I had applied for over FIVE YEARS AGO...FIVE! And if you want to see it worse than that, there were 181emailaddresses attached to my name and my email. Meaning: 181 people got access to this. When I tried to respond the email server kept bouncing back the reply as undeliverable. I finally got hold of him another way in which his only reply was name calling. I went to file a complaint with the BBB and saw that he has been scamming others over big time...DO NOT APPLY WITH THIS SO CALLED COMPANY. THIS LOWLIFE DESERVES TO BE IN JAIL, PERIOD

[redacted] Even after being told that they will get paid they threatened you and also call your employer and on their emails say that they don't care if you lose your job In one day they called over times to my employer and was told not to call again In the email from them it states who is going to stop them

I dealt with True Payday loanI found myself in a terrible cycle of the payday loan payments and had to file a consumer proposal Once he got the information Russel Mcalled my work, promised to keep calling, spoke with my boss, left voicemails, called in excess of times today I let my trustee know and she said that she'll take care of him, [redacted] Then today I ready about the warning about them, [redacted] He also reloaned to me before my first one was paid off [redacted] *** 

I have an outstanding loan with this company I have offered a payment plan as well as I have just began Consolidation [redacted] is handling my account and they cannot call me at my place of work as it places my job in jeapordy I have a cell phone they can call and I am available via e-mail and text I have asked them not to call my place of work I have also asked for a Manager to speak to and they refused They also will not accept [redacted] 's calls This is not permitted as the calls are recorded and incoming calls are for business only

I have filed for a consumer proposal with ***There is a guy named Russell who works for this company whom I had a dollar loan from and since I filed for a proposal with *** he have been harassing me at workhe keeps calling me, and also leaving voice messages on my supervisors voice mailhe had been notified by [redacted]  with *** about my situationBut he still keeps calling mewhat can I do about this situation?

Russell M*** from this company is calling my work non stop even though I have informed him I do not work there anymore* ** *** *** *** my old coworkers so they have informed me he has called all day about times a dayHe has also sent me an email threatening to do this, which I informed him at this point he can reach me on my personal number, even provided it to himHe responded with lolI previously made arrangements to make payment, and he is now saying I have min to do so or the calls wont stopHe has told the employees at my old job that he will call every min until I settle this debtHe has also called my mother and continues calling her and has emailed me with smart remarks like called your mom again LOL, shes very disappointed her daughter is a scammer LOLhe has also been very aggressive,threatening and rude with each individual he speaks withI have tried to politely settle this , and have asked to speak with someone else he just responds LMAO
